Seven years ago, an entrepreneurial journey began, crafting some of the finest cheeses in the Guamote canton. Led by its owner, Luis Delgado, along with his wife and son, this family strives daily to progress with the resources at their disposal, all while holding onto the hope of acquiring better equipment to enhance their production capacity. Despite facing setbacks, notably the challenges brought by the pandemic which resulted in substantial losses and difficulty in sourcing raw materials, the Delgado family persevered. They emerged stronger from adversity, and today, Inti Sisa proudly receives a high-quality product crafted with locally sourced materials and the skilled hands of the people of Guamote.
